Breath & Chill is a modern breathwork experience designed to help you release emotional and physical tension, reconnect with your inner calm, and restore balance in your nervous system through conscious connected breathing. We combine the transformative power of rebirthing breathwork with a relaxed, welcoming vibe and time to chill out and connect with other participants afterwards. Our mission is to create a safe space where deep healing is accessible to everyone and even enjoyable.

This Saturday we invite you for an transformative outdoor gathering at Tempelhofer Feld. You can join anytime and participate in each part of the event independently. This is a sober event. Please do not consume alcohol or any substances on the same day. It’s how we draw inner landscapes with our body, how we manifest our potential through dancing, sensing and feeling into our inner world. Starting from stillness and inner listening, participants are invited into slow, intuitive movement to reconnect with the body, emotions, and imagination. Further we move to more intense and wild expression and give our bodies, and souls lots of pure childish joy, love and protection. Through carefully curated music and gentle facilitation, we explore movement as medicine — a way to embody intention, regulate the nervous system, and manifest inner states through the soma. Perfect after breathwork, Quantum Dance offers a soft landing into presence, sensuality, and connection. Participants are invited to choose a dream, a feeling, or an energy they wish to embody and allow the body to gradually dance it into existence. No expectations. No pressure. Just deep listening, intentional movement, and the intelligence of the body.
