Gemeinsame Lösungen.</h4>Gemeinsam mit der Filmuniversität KONRAD WOLF bringt der MediaTech Hub Innovator mit der MOVE! Challenge 2025 am 28. November 2025 interdisziplinäre Teams aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und kreativen Nachwuchstalenten zusammen – für einen kompakten, intensiven Innovationstag am Standort Babelsberg. Im Zentrum stehen reale Herausforderungen aus Medien, IT, XR, Film, Games und Design – verbunden durch die Frage: Wie gestalten wir Zukunft gemeinsam?Bei der MOVE! Challenge triffst du auf andere Young Professionals, Gründer:innen, Studierende, Unternehmer:innen und Forschende – und arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams an echten Challenges. Das Ziel: Gemeinsam kreative Lösungen und erste Prototypen zu entwickeln.Die Challenges kommen direkt aus der Praxis: Unternehmen bringen konkrete Fragestellungen mit – rund um technologische Trends, gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen oder interne Innovationsbedarfe. In moderierten Vorgesprächen entwickeln wir gemeinsam die passenden Themenstellungen.Uns geht es um praxisnahes, agiles Arbeiten – mit der Chance, neue Kontakte zu knüpfen, deine Skills einzusetzen und dich als Innovator:in sichtbar zu machen. <h4>Mehr als ein Event: Wirkung mit Anschluss</h4>Die MOVE! Challenge 2025 ist Ausgangspunkt für:<ul><li>Kooperationen zwischen Unternehmen und Hochschulen</li><li>Abschlussarbeiten, Praktika und Nachwuchsförderung</li><li>Geförderte Transferformate und Pilotprojekte</li></ul>

<h3> Übersicht der Challenges</h3> <h4>1) Orte gegen die Einsamkeit – Kommunikationskatalysatoren für den öffentlichen Raum</h4>Challenge-Partner: Albrecht Ecke (eckedesign) Einsamkeit betrifft uns alle – besonders in Städten, wo Nähe oft nur digital passiert. Stell dir vor, der öffentliche Raum würde wieder zu einem echten Social Space: ein Ort für spontane Gespräche, gemeinsames Lachen und zufällige Begegnungen.Impact-Challenge: Wie können wir mit Storytelling, (Game) Design, Stadtplanung und Gesundheit neue Impulse schaffen, die Orte zu echten Verbindungspunkten machen? Gesucht sind Ideen, die zeigen, wie Design, Kunst und Technologie Kommunikation anstoßen, Einsamkeit sichtbar machen – und ihr spielerisch entgegenwirken.Werde Teil eines kreativen Experiments! Bring deine Perspektive als Story-Teller*in, Designer*in, Creative Technologist, Forscher*in oder einfach als Stadtmensch ein – und gestalte mit uns Räume, die wieder Nähe, Freude und echte Begegnung möglich machen. <h4>2) Lernen mit Herz, Bewegung und KI - Gestalte das MVP-Erlebnis von Kisszu – (Projektsprache: Englisch)</h4>Challenge-Partner: Kisszu (Cesar Ruiz) Kisszu ist ein MedTech- und EdTech-Unternehmen, das verkörperte, adaptive KI-Roboter entwickelt – liebevolle Lernbegleiter, die emotionale Intelligenz mit spielerischem Lernen verbinden. Kisszus Vision ist es, das volle Potenzial von Kindern zu entfachen und zu fördern.Im Rahmen der MOVE! Challenge lädt Kisszu Studierende und junge Innovator:innen dazu ein, mithilfe des Design Thinking-Ansatzes kreative Ideen und erste Prototypen für das MVP-Erlebnis von Kisszu zu entwickeln.Die Aufgabe: Gestaltet, wie Kisszu Kinder inspiriert, begleitet und lehrt – auf eine Weise, die Spaß macht, emotional berührt und ihr Wohlbefinden stärkt.Dabei könnt ihr zum Beispiel erforschen:<ul><li>Wie Kisszu Kinder spielerisch zum Lernen motiviert.</li><li>Wie Kisszu Kinder zu Bewegung und Fitness inspiriert – für ein gesünderes Leben mit weniger Bildschirmzeit.</li><li>Wie Kisszu durch Technologie Empathie, Neugier und Kreativität fördert.</li></ul> <h4>3) Kooperative Innovationsprozesse für Babelsberger Independent-Produktionen</h4>Challenge-Partner: KW Development (Tilo Schneider, im Auftrag) Babelsbergs technische Expertise und Produktionskapazitäten werden meist nur in Blockbustern genutzt. Kleinere Produktionen kämpfen mit Ressourcenknappheit, langen Produktionszeiten und hohen Kosten. Gleichzeitig fehlen praxisnahe AI-Lösungen für effizientere Produktion.Challenge: Wie entwickeln wir einen kollaborativen Prozess, der Studierende, Alumni, Unternehmen und Hochschule für praxisnahe Innovation in mittelgroßen Produktionen zusammenbringt?Call to Action: Entwerft Abläufe, Kommunikationsstrukturen und Feedback-Loops, die Innovationen aus Hochschule und Branche effizient in Projekte überführen. Prüft, wie heterogene Film- &amp; Tech-Expert*innen optimal zusammenarbeiten, um neuartige Digital-Production vor Ort zu ermöglichen.Teilnehmen können alle aus Film, Forschung, CreativeTech/IT, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung &amp; Co. <h4>4) Generativer KI-Workflow für Spec-Filmtrailer</h4>Challenge-Partner: KW Development (Ernst Feiler) Wie kann ein kleines, interdisziplinäres Team mithilfe von Gen AI einen überzeugenden Filmtrailer für Drehbuch-Pitches entwickeln – ohne klassisches Drehteam, Set oder Schauspiel? Ziel ist die Entwicklung eines skalierbaren Mini-Workflows, der zeigt, wie vor Ort mit minimalem Personal und klar definierten Rollen hochwertige audiovisuelle Ergebnisse entstehen. Call: Entwickelt einen rein digitalen KI-Produktionprozess – von der Ideenvisualisierung über Inszenierung bis zum Final Cut. Definiert dafür die kleinste notwendige Teamstruktur inkl. Rollenbeschreibung und Aufgaben (z. B. Prompt Director, AI-Artist, Composer…). Beschreibt die nötige technische Toolchain für Hard- und Software, die für eine Umsetzung innerhalb einer Hochschulumgebung realistisch ist (z.B. Text-to-Video, Sound, Voice-Cloning…). Skizziert ein Budget für die Pilotproduktion.

Joint solutions.Together with the KONRAD WOLF Film University, MediaTech Hub Innovator is bringing together interdisciplinary teams from business, science, and creative young talent for the MOVE! Challenge 2025 on November 28, 2025 – for a compact, intensive innovation day in Potsdam Babelsberg. The focus is on real challenges from the media, IT, XR, film, games, and design sectors – linked by the question: How can we shape the future together?At the MOVE! Challenge, you will meet other young professionals, founders, students, entrepreneurs, and researchers – and work in interdisciplinary teams on real challenges. The goal: to develop creative solutions and initial prototypes together.The challenges come directly from real-world practice: companies bring specific questions with them – relating to technological trends, social challenges, or internal innovation needs. In moderated preliminary discussions, we develop the appropriate topics together.We are interested in practical, agile work – with the opportunity to make new contacts, apply your skills, and make yourself visible as an innovator.More than just an eventThe MOVE! <h3> Overview of the Challenges</h3> <h4>1) Places Against Loneliness – Communication Catalysts for Public Spaces</h4>Challenge Partner: Albrecht Ecke (eckedesign)Loneliness affects us all – especially in cities, where connection often happens only digitally. Imagine if public spaces once again became genuine social spaces: places for spontaneous conversations, shared laughter, and unexpected encounters.Impact Challenge: How can storytelling, (game) design, urban planning, and health create new impulses that turn spaces into true points of connection? We’re looking for ideas that show how design, art, and technology can spark communication, make loneliness visible – and counter it playfully.Be part of a creative experiment! Contribute your perspective as a storyteller, designer, creative technologist, researcher, or simply as a city dweller – and help us shape spaces that foster closeness, joy, and real human encounters. <h4>2) Shape the MVP Experience of Kisszu – Learning with Heart, Movement and AI</h4>(Project language: English) Challenge Partner: Kisszu (Cesar Ruiz)Kisszu is a MedTech and EdTech company developing embodied, adaptive AI robots – caring learning companions that combine emotional intelligence with playful education. Kisszu’s vision is to ignite and nurture every child’s full potential.As part of the MOVE! Challenge, Kisszu invites students and young innovators to use Design Thinking to develop creative ideas and early prototypes for Kisszu’s MVP experience.Your task: Design how Kisszu inspires, accompanies, and teaches children – in a way that’s fun, emotionally engaging, and supports their wellbeing. You could explore, for example:<ul><li>How Kisszu playfully motivates children to learn.</li><li>How Kisszu inspires movement and fitness – promoting a healthier life with less screen time.</li><li>How Kisszu fosters empathy, curiosity, and creativity through technology. </li></ul><h4>3) Collaborative Innovation Processes for Babelsberg Independent Productions</h4>Challenge Partner: KW Development (Tilo Schneider, on behalf of)Babelsberg’s technical expertise and production capacity are usually reserved for blockbusters. Smaller productions struggle with limited resources, long production times, and high costs. At the same time, practical AI solutions for more efficient production are still missing.Challenge: How can we develop a collaborative process that brings together students, alumni, companies, and universities for hands-on innovation in mid-sized productions?Design workflows, communication structures, and feedback loops that efficiently transfer innovations from academia and industry into real projects. Explore how diverse film and tech experts can best collaborate to enable new forms of digital production locally.Participation is open to those from film, research, creative tech/IT, psychology, organisational development, and related fields. <h4>4) Generative AI Workflow for Spec Film Trailers</h4>Challenge Partner: KW Development (Ernst Feiler)How can a small, interdisciplinary team use generative AI to develop a convincing film trailer for screenplay pitches – without a traditional crew, set, or actors? The goal is to design a scalable mini-workflow that demonstrates how high-quality audiovisual results can be produced locally with minimal staff and clearly defined roles.Develop a fully digital AI production process – from idea visualisation to staging and final cut. Define the smallest necessary team structure, including role descriptions and responsibilities (e.g. Prompt Director, AI Artist, Composer…). Describe the required technical toolchain – hardware and software – that would realistically work within a university environment (e.g. text-to-video, sound, voice cloning…). Outline a budget for the pilot production.

<h3> Challenge process</h3> Preparation:With support from the MTH team and the Film University, companies define their individual challenges. Trends, innovation goals, and market movements are directly incorporated.Challenge day:Teams work intensively on the tasks at hand—supported by coaches, tools, and methods from innovation practice. Company representatives are active team members and contribute their expertise directly.Presentation of results and outlook:The best ideas are identified, documented, and compiled in a “challenge catalog” – as a starting point for follow-up projects and new partnerships.
