Each day is structured around key startup development phases—tailored for early-stage founders with a sustainability and social innovation focus. <h3>Day 1: Explore, Understand &amp; Get Inspired</h3>Wednesday, June 25 Start strong with systems thinking, circular economy principles, and regenerative models. Examine real-world challenges like fast fashion and food waste. Wrap the day with a dose of inspiration from Dr. Yasmin Olteanu, biodesign innovations, and green tech trends.Outcome: Build your sustainability foundation, identify key problems, and define your “What if?” concept. <h3>Day 2: Disrupt, Define &amp; Test</h3>Thursday, June 26 Turn challenges into ideas using creative problem-solving tools. Then structure your concept into a sustainable business model. Learn how to prototype and plan your first real-world test.Outcome: Bold solution ideas, a working business model, and a plan to test and refine your concept. <h3>Day 3: Implement &amp; Pitch</h3>Friday, June 27 Reflect on feedback, refine your idea, and learn how to communicate your impact. Practice and deliver your pitch in front of peers and experts. End with a roadmap for next steps, including Berlin-specific funding pathways.Outcome: A validated pitch, strategic direction, and confidence to move forward. <h3>Important Sign-Up Requirement</h3>This bootcamp is funded by the European Social Fund and the State of Berlin, and is exclusively for Berlin residents looking to start a business.To confirm your participation, please submit proof of residency in Berlin.
