DM - "Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich's sein"An diesem Goethe-Zitat orientiert sich dm. Beim Besuch der dm Zentrale in Wals geht es um agiles Arbeiten &amp; Unternehmenskultur. Mit dem dm dialogicum wurde im ehemaligen Baumax-Gebäude in Wals ein Raum für Offenheit sowie das gelebte Miteinander &amp; Dialog geschaffen. Als räumlicher Ausdruck für eine Unternehmenskultur, die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern die Möglichkeit gibt, voneinander zu lernen, einander als Menschen zu begegnen und sich gegenseitig in ihrer Individualität anzuerkennen.
