We advise all participants to be well-hydrated and come to class with a half-full stomach. Overeating or attending on an empty stomach may cause symptoms of dizziness, nausea, and inability to relax deeply.We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before classes start to give you plenty of time to find Suite 50, use the restroom and get comfortable. Take a right onto Saratoga Village Blvd. Look for Suite 50 Yard sign on the left. Follow the road to your left (park and ride sign and Panera mailbox).4. Follow the road and take your first left before the Home 2 Suites Hotel5. Drive straight on the brick road6. Take a right into the parking lot. Suite 50 will be on your left-hand side.
