Hi, I’m Chanay, the founder of The Fourth Tri—a postpartum fitness space created by a mum, for mums. I became a mother at 22 during my own fitness journey and quickly realised how overlooked the fourth trimester really is. After gaining 20kg, navigating diastasis recti, and juggling a clingy baby, I began designing baby-friendly workouts that helped me rebuild from the inside out. Now, I'm here to help other mums do the same—safely, confidently, and in community. Whether you're weeks or years postpartum, you deserve to feel strong in your body again.
