We offer a range of talks, courses, workshops, tips & tools to help you detach from daily pressures and learn a more positive approach to life.

Edinburgh Inner Space is just one in a chain across the UK. As a service to the community, Inner Space charges no fees for any of its activities. It is funded by voluntary contributions and run by an extensive network of experienced presenters, who have volunteered their time and resources to make a difference.

Inner Space and Brahma Kumaris

Inner Space is the Information Centre for the Brahma Kumaris. The Inner Spaces have been at the forefront of the Brahma Kumaris' vision of bringing personal insights and calm to the heart of the city, making it accessible for local communities and businesses.

About Brahma Kumaris

The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK) provides opportunities for people from all backgrounds to explore their own spirituality and learn skills of reflection and meditation derived from Raja Yoga, which help develop inner calm, clear thinking and personal well-being.

The Brahma Kumaris is an international organisation working at all levels of society for positive change and is the recipient of seven United Nations Peace Messenger Awards.

The University is part of a worldwide network of over 8,500 centres in more than 100 countries, the first of which was founded in India in the 1930s.
