Hi, I’m Diana — a nutritionist, holistic chef, and lifelong food lover. I support women with their skin, hormones, gut health, and overall wellbeing through guidance that’s rooted in science but feels simple, practical, and nourishing in everyday life.
My real passion always was in food and everything surrounding it — from its healing and nurturing powers to the way it brings people together. Having lived in London for many years, I continue to be inspired by its creative and diverse food culture. That inspiration led me into recipe development and running my own food blog, where I explored seasonal eating and flavour in everyday cooking.
Through my seasonal workshops, I want to bring people together to learn, taste, and connect. Expect a blend of functional nutrition insights, simple everyday rituals, and plenty of delicious food. Alongside nutrition-focused events, I’m also planning some fun cooking workshops — from seasonal flavour-building to playful nods to my time in the UK, with pies, chutneys, and classic bakes.
My mission is simple: to make food and nutrition feel fun, approachable, and nourishing — because when we feel good on the inside, it shows on the outside.
