Hello, I’m Jia Lei, born and raised in KL.

I first discovered natural indigo and shibori at a workshop in Shanghai in 2017. I still remember the moment vividly — watching the fabric change from green to blue as it met the air. It felt like magic, and that feeling stayed with me.

Years later, I returned to this craft through self-learning, experimentation, and workshops in India, Thailand, and Japan. Over time, it became something close to my heart.

Now, I’m grateful to share this experience with you — so you too can discover the quiet joy of creating with natural indigo.
