YOGA +|- THERAPY - YOGA CIKITSA
Yoga and Āyurveda offer ancient medical systems for analyzing and healing the BODYMINDSOUL space. Yoga Therapy – Yoga Cikitsa – takes a holistic yogic–Vedic perspective on the human being to analyze, assess, and dissolve blockages, ailments, or unhelpful patterns. These may manifest on material or subtle levels within the five bodies (pañca-kośa).
According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Yoga Therapy is the process of helping individuals achieve better health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. It involves the use of yogic methods to assess, analyze, alleviate, activate, harmonize, and heal physical, mental, and spiritual states of health. The practice of Yoga Therapy provides multidimensional approaches to healing and transformation.
Yoga Therapy – Yoga Cikitsa – as taught in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya et al., focuses on a harmoniously balanced ensemble of various tools, methods, and techniques drawn from Yoga, Āyurveda, and other holistic Body–Mind–Soul modalities.
Yoga, as an effective system for strengthening and aligning individual energy and field parameters, integrates many facets of the holistic life sciences.
A key goal is to achieve harmony, balance, flexibility, elevation, and transformation—including on a spiritual and energetic level.
In these sessions, the physical self is guided toward a state of stillness and flow (unity). Prāṇa-ascension—an energetic growth process—is practiced and cultivated. The holistic body complex is to be revitalized and strengthened.
Through stress-relieving, strengthening, or gently flowing āsana sequences in the Vinyāsa Krama method, as well as other Body–Mind–Soul techniques, physical and energetic blockages are revealed, visualized, and transformed. The flow of energy is enhanced through PRĀṆA GEOMETRY.
Sessions may also include additional bodywork, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), INNER VISION PRACTICES (self-study, mindfulness, meditation), ENERGY WORK (KA SYSTEM), and HOLISTIC NATURAL NUTRITION.
Even in a group format, individual blockages and needs can be addressed.
The sessions are open to both beginners and advanced practitioners.
VINYĀSA KRAMA YOGA
In this group session VINYĀSA KRAMA YOGA is implemented; we work interdisciplinarily and holistically, combining elements of Yoga with other body systems and sacred life sciences.
The sessions focus on learning a structured Yoga system and aim for a holistic and harmonious overall balance of the Body–Mind–Soul complex.
To ascend into higher-dimensional frequencies, the system is guided to connect and flow with universal energy.
