Techno Yoga Club experience: Out of the Dark

A 2-hour techno yoga journey with powerful sound, lights and Kundalini practices to reset your nervous system and release tension and

December often feels heavy: low light, tired body, overloaded mind.
This evening is a club-format ritual to move out of that inner fog — into clarity, lightness and direction.

For 2 hours we combine:

  • Kundalini yoga kriyas for detox and nervous system reset
  • Deep, atmospheric techno on a powerful sound system
  • Immersive light & club space of b-side
  • Guided meditation to reconnect with your goals and real desires

No previous experience with yoga or techno is required — just curiosity and willingness to feel.


What will happen

We’ll move through three main blocks:

  1. Detox & direction
    - Kundalini kriya for detoxification and releasing physical and mental tension
    - Meditation to “sail toward your goal” – getting honest about what you actually want, not what you “should” want
  2. Nervous system reset
    - Kundalini kriya to support the nervous system and endurance
    - Work with breath and rhythm under a deep techno groove
    - Focus on feeling more grounded, present and stable inside your body
  3. Release & integration
    - Practice to let go of accumulated stress patterns in the body
    - Guided meditation to integrate the experience, calm the mind and land in a more stable inner state

All of this happens in a club atmosphere: strong, clean sound, light design and a safe container where you can move, shake, breathe and drop deeper into yourself.


Who this is for

This event is for you if:

  • Your nervous system feels overloaded (work, relocation, relationships, information noise)
  • You love electronic music and want to combine it with deep inner work
  • You feel stuck in a loop of overthinking and low energy — and want to make a clear inner step toward your own path
  • You want not just “one more party”, but a conscious, embodied reset

  • Comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in
  • your yoga mat/blanket
