Overview
SOULBODY BREATH® is an immersive conscious and dynamic breathwork experience that heightens self-awareness and promotes self-healing through body wisdom and breath medicine. It’s a journey where the breath becomes your ally, as you unlock the door to your subconscious for new perspectives.
This experience is guided by master energy coach and founder of SOULBODY BREATH®, Jenni of @iamjenniturner. She guides you through a process of heart-connection, softening, and surrendering, to help you tune in to your own inner wisdom and unearth your answers through expanded states of consciousness. Each journey is accompanied by a thoughtfully curated playlist, essential oils and intentional touch (where consent is given), to help you deepen in your process and exporation with the breath.
After each session, Jenni offers integration support for anybody who needs it, with a complementary coaching call to unpack anything that may have been revealed.
TO PREPARE:
- Please do not eat anything heavy up to 3 hours beforehand.
- Stay hydrated throughout the day and bring water with you.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Leave expectations at the door.
- Arrive 10 - 15 minutes beforehand so you can fully land in the space before we begin together.
Contraindications include pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, cardiovascular diseases (incl. stroke), severe asthma, kidney disease, lung disease, glaucoma, detached retina, uncontrolled high blood pressure (or low blood pressure with a history of fainting), recent surgery or broken bones, clinical anxiety, psychosis, untreated/severe PTSD. If any of these contraindications apply to you, you are welcome to join us and will be offered an alternative method of breathing.

Introduction & Connection
We begin with connecting, a grounding meditation, explanation of the technique, trauma-informed care, health & safety and support and a warm-up breath with somatic techniques.
SOULBODY BREATH® & Integration
Conscious connected breathing, dynamic breath and breath retentions guided through a rhythmic journey for 40 minutes, followed with savasana - a moment to integrate - and a closing circle for participants to share if they feel called to.
