Social Innovation Project Exchange Part II - Financing
Overview
We are excited to continue our Social Innovation Project Exchange webinar series — a shared space for connecting (EU-) projects working on social innovation.
The series aims to revive and strengthen the exchange between projects within and beyond the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme, and to enable regular dialogues on social innovation methods, tools and strategies.
Our second session will focus on one of the most crucial and often challenging dimensions of social innovation: how to finance social innovations and the ecosystems that enable them to grow.
Goals
- 🤝 Networking & Synergy Building: Connect with other EU-funded projects and identify shared challenges and opportunities.
- 💡 Exchange of Experience: Discover methods and tools that have proven effective in other contexts.
- 🧭 Policy & Strategy Development: Formulate recommendations on how programmes can better support social innovation.
- 🌍 Visibility & Collaboration: Promote project websites, outputs and solutions – paving the way for joint initiatives and long-term cooperation.
The insights collected may contribute to a joint position paper aiming to inspire future EU funding calls and improve the framework for social innovation.
Speakers
Speakers will be announced soon and will share practical experiences on financing social innovations, from funding strategies and instrument selection to ecosystem-level challenges and lessons learned.
