​⏰ WHEN: Every Thursday at 7:00 AM sharp

​🎒 YES to: Bag drop, coffee, showers, and free coworking

​📅 THE BREAKDOWN:

​7:00 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip some coffee and get warm ☕

​7:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km all paces welcome, nobody left behind! 🏃‍♀️

​7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪

​8:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at CIC 🎶🍳
