What is a Social ticket?

We believe creativity should be accessible to everyone. Our Social Ticket is a reduced-price option for those with limited financial resources (monthly income below €1200 or receiving Jobcenter support)

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

If you can't attend you can ask for a refund directly on the Eventbrite platform up to 24 hours before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another person.

Question 3

Do I need to book another session to glaze my piece?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you want to glaze your piece, you’ll need to book another session. This covers the cost of materials, instruction, and the second firing. If you prefer, you can also pick up your unglazed piece once it’s ready.

Question 4

Where and when can I pick up my finished piece?

Accepted Answer

We send pictures in our Whatsapp group every Monday and Friday of the pieces that have been fired and are ready to be glazed or picked up. If you don’t collect it within a few weeks, it may be moved to our "Looking for a Home" pile, where unclaimed pieces are available for others to take.
