Sometimes we forget to simply be with ourselves. To notice the weight in our bodies, the rhythm of our breath, the quiet messages our heart and body is sending. Yet within that stillness, there is power.
Your breath is more than air, it’s a tool, a guide, a doorway back to yourself. With each mindful inhale and exhale, you can release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner clarity amd wisdom. It invites you home, to your body, your heart, and your own truth.

Arrive & Ground
You’ll be welcomed into your safe, nurturing space of your home, guided to settle in, tune into your body and intentions, and connect with your breath.
OWAKEN Breathwork & Somatic Healing
This approach blends conscious breathing with body-centered awareness. It helps release tension, ease stress, and awaken your inner wisdom. The breath acts as a bridge inward, connecting you with clarity, and your true self. Through Owaken Breathwork, I am Certified Trauma Informed and will always safely guide you.
Integration & Reflection
After the session, there’s gentle space to reflect, share (optional), and integrate the experience, leaving you feeling lighter, clear, and more grounded in yourself.

Important Information
Contraindications: Conscious Connected Breathwork may result in certain physiological changes in the body and can also result in emotional release as well as physical release. Therefore, it is advisable to refrain from conscious breathwork with the presence of any of the following:
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy
- Glaucoma
- Detached retina
- Family history of Aneurysms
- High blood pressure that is not controlled by medicine
- Use of prescription blood thinning medications such as Coumadin
- Strokes, seizures, TIAs, or other brain/neurological condition or disease.
- Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
- Prior diagnosis by a health professional of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
- Hospitalization for any psychiatric or emotional crisis.
How to prepare for the Journey: This is a time just for you, so set yourself up in a space where you feel safe, undisturbed and able to fully drop in. Choose a quiet room where you won’t be interrupted — think of it as an act of self-care for the next few hours.
Bring:
An open heart and open mind, every session is unique, so release expectations of how it “should” feel.
A mat or mattress to lie on, wearing warm, comfortable clothes (ideally without restriction around waist or chest).
A blanket, water bottle, and a pen and journal.
Make sure I can see you from head to waist with soft lighting.
If possible, please avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals beforehand so your system can stay clear and receptive.
The journey is guided in English, you don’t need to be fluent to participate. I speak fluent German and will support you if anything is unclear.
