Magdalena
Overview
🌹MAGDALENA
International Women’s Day Journey · BerlinSun 8 March 2026 · 2:00–6:00pm · Wamos, Kreuzberg
Journey with the archetype of Mary Magdalene as a living frequency: truth without apology, love with boundaries, devotion that stays embodied, and a deep remembrance of the feminine as sacred.
MAGDALENA is a grounded and beautiful four-hour journey together. A space to soften shame, reclaim desire as life force, and return to a quieter kind of power: the kind that doesn’t need to prove itself but rather magnetize from a place of wholeness.
🌹What we’ll explore
- Magdalena beyond the myth: returning to her essence — devotion, sovereignty, love, and embodied truth
- Healing the inner split: releasing the old “pure vs. sinful” story and reclaiming wholeness
- Sacred union within: meeting your inner divine feminine and divine masculine — not as gender roles, but as complementary forces
- The inner twin flame (true meaning): not chasing a perfect person “out there,” but awakening the two flames within you — heart and will, softness and strength, surrender and choice — so love becomes stable, clean, and real
- Devotion in daily life: how to carry this work into relationships, self-worth, and the way you move through daily life.
🌹The journey — what we’ll do together
Over four hours, we’ll move through a carefully held arc: arriving, opening, deepening, and integrating — so you can feel both safe and spacious while going somewhere real.
- We’ll begin by landing in the body and the room, then open a warm, consent-based circle to set intentions and agreements. From there, we’ll meet Magdalene as an invitation into truth, devotion, and embodied feminine wisdom — not as an idea, but as something you can feel, name, and live.
- You’ll be guided through somatic, embodied practices using breath, music, gentle movement, and voice to help the nervous system soften and the body reconnect to its own knowing. Alongside this, we’ll weave in journaling and reflection — simple prompts that bring clarity, self-compassion, and next steps you can actually take.
- There will be space for sharing in small, intimate groups and in pairs — an opportunity to speak what’s real, to be witnessed without fixing, and to witness others with presence and care. If emotions arise, you’ll be supported to stay grounded: this is a space where emotional release is welcome — tears, truth-telling, letting something finally move — always at your own pace, with choice and consent.
- We’ll close by celebrating the Sacred Feminine together: honouring what you’ve reclaimed, what you’re ready to devote yourself to, and the beauty of gathering in community on this special day. You’ll leave not only touched, but resourced — with an inner shift you can feel, and practices you can carry into your life.

🌹International Women’s Day can be many things — political, tender, joyful, intense, or maybe a non-event. I invite this be a moment to give to yourself. To pause, to receive, and to remember the sacred feminine — not as an idea, but as something lived in your body, your voice, your choices. How about celebrating together? Our devotion to our own lives, our softness and our strength, and the beauty that becomes possible when we gather in truth.
