During the session, this energy flows directly to you and through you, without you needing to do anything consciously.
Your only task is to relax, surrender to the life force, and receive.

Intuitive Writing for Integration

Kundalini Activation is a profound energetic process that can bring about deep inner shifts.

A key part of this integration phase is reflection immediately after the session, while all impressions are still fresh.
Since many participants do not feel comfortable sharing in front of a group—or because the experiences can be very personal or difficult to put into words—the reflection in my sessions takes place through intuitive writing.

This allows you to process your journey in a safe, private, and authentic way, so the insights can settle gently into your consciousness.


About the Session

The session takes place online (via Zoom) and lasts approximately 2 hours.


Before the session

  • No alcohol or other substances for 24 hours prior
  • Eat lightly on the day of the session
  • No food for 2 hours before we begin


What you need for the session

  • Zoom
  • Place your camera so that I can see your full body
  • A stable internet connection
  • A private, undisturbed space (no other people in the room)
  • Yoga mat or similar surface
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A blanket or cardigan for after the session
  • Headphones (optional)
  • Water
  • Something to write with


During the session

Participants lie down with eyes closed, relax on their mat, listen to music, and receive the activation.
During this time, various experiences may arise, such as:

  • Pulsing or flowing energy, which can sometimes lead to spontaneous movements
  • A wide range of emotions, possibly accompanied by crying or laughter
  • Visual impressions such as lights, shapes, or symbolic imagery
  • Physical sensations
  • Deep feelings of love, gratitude, and inner peace


It is also possible that you may not feel much during the session itself.
Experiences, emotions, or insights may arise afterward instead

Everything is welcome. Everything is valid.
Each experience is unique. Simply allow yourself to surrender to the energy—without pressure and without expectations.
