Overview

This is an innovative community space to join once a week to explore our capacity to create a new reality together.

The exponential socio-political and technological shifts that we are experiencing right now have propelled us into a new space of potentiality, a liminal state of being where we are becoming new. What are we becoming? How do our delicate beings responding to all the intensity that is going on now, and how do we engage with all these shifts without losing our true selves? And most importantly, how can we step into the unknown with agency and resilience so that we can start creating a future where peace and prosperity for all is possible?

These questions are only a few of the questions we would like to explore together during these online sessions while we stay open to the present and gently allow us to be guided by what is alive in us in every moment.

We welcome you into this community space which is driven by curiosity and a longing to learn more about what is possible for us when we deepen our trust and show up as the creators that we are.

It's time to start thriving together and to co-create a new reality with joy and ease!

Who are we

Bihter Kartheuser, MA, ICF, NSP

Nervous System Coach, Artist, Social Scientist

https://connectandbe.com

I’m a world citizen with a multidisciplinary background and a deep passion for exploring the complexities of being human. After more than a decade of teaching yoga and mindfulness, my curiosity about the body–mind connection led me to specialise in trauma therapy. Completing a four-year training with NeuroSystemics Care, alongside my own transformative journey through body psychotherapy and resiliency circles, has been profoundly life-altering. Since then I’m excited to offer this work back to the world.

Omi-peah Ryding, PhD

I am a storyteller, a creator of worlds, and a weaver of new realities. In my work I bridge academic perspectives with ancient indigenous knowledge. I facilitate spaces for healing as well as for stepping into the new. I take inspiration from many different philosophies and traditions including somaesthetics, tantra and affect theory. I am trained to work with the energies of the moment and of creation. I am passionate about exploring new ways of being and I would love to do this together with you.
