End-of-Year Reflection Circle: Body, Mind, Heart & 2026 Intentions - Berlin
Overview
End-of-Year Reflection Circle: Body, Mind, Heart & 2026 Intentions
Join us for a gentle, structured end-of-year reflection circle at Bodhicharya Berlin, a peaceful Buddhist center in Friedrichshain dedicated to meditation, tranquility, and human connection.
Together, we’ll look back at the year that’s ending and set clear, grounded intentions for the year ahead — not just in our heads, but through body, mind, and heart.
This session is part of the MindfulCircles community: a secular, peer-led space where working professionals, founders, and creatives come together to meditate, reflect, and grow with like-minded people.
What We’ll Do Together
We’ll move through a simple, guided process:
1. Arrival & Grounding (Body)
- Gentle arrival, short guided meditation, and body awareness.
- A check-in with your body: energy levels, tension, rest, and signals you might have been ignoring.
2. Mind Check-In (Thoughts & Stories)
- Reflection on how your mind has been this year: focus, stress, habits, and patterns.
- Short prompts to notice what stories you’ve been telling yourself about work, success, and “enough”.
3. Heart Check-In (Emotions & Meaning)
- A deeper check-in with the heart: emotions, gratitude, regrets, and what really mattered this year.
- Space to notice which moments felt most meaningful — and which didn’t.
4. Guided Reflection on 2025
Through journaling and gentle prompts, we’ll explore your year across four key areas:
- Career & Work – projects, growth, burnout, boundaries
- Relationships – friendships, family, love, community
- Finances – stability, habits, decisions, stress points
- Self-Care & Wellbeing – rest, health, play, mental space
You won’t be asked to share anything you don’t want to. This is first and foremost a space for your own clarity.
5. Setting Intentions for 2026
We’ll then turn toward the year ahead:
- What do you want your work life to feel like?
- How do you want to show up in your relationships?
- What does a healthier relationship with money look like for you?
- What does realistic self-care mean in your actual life — not some ideal version?
You’ll set a few simple, concrete intentions for each of these four areas, so you leave with more than just inspiration — you’ll have a direction.
6. Optional Sharing & Closing Circle
We’ll close with an optional sharing round in small groups or in the full circle:
- You can share one insight from your reflection
- Or one intention you want to be “witnessed” by the group
Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to stay quiet and just listen. We’ll finish with a short grounding practice so you don’t leave “wide open”.
Who This Is For
This circle is for you if:
- You feel the year has been a lot, and want a structured way to digest it
- You’re a working professional, founder, or creative who wants both reflection and practical goals
- You’d like to end the year more grounded and intentional, not just sliding into January
- You value secular mindfulness and supportive community, without dogma or pressure
No meditation experience is required. The practices are simple and guided.
