Overview

Discover your cultural lens through art, movement, and mindful listening. Two sessions designed for deeper cross-cultural connection.

Join us for a two-session "Design your Cultural Lens" Part 1 Series, designed to help you explore how identity, language, and culture shape how we see and communicate with one another.

Each session can be attended on its own, but together they form a meaningful starting point for designing your own “cultural lens.”

Session 1- Monday, Dec 8 - 19:00-21:00 | at DAI Heidelberg
🧭 Mapping Your Cultural Self: Identity, Values & Belonging
🌱 “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.” – Anaïs Nin
✨ Our cultural background, personal history, and experiences of belonging shape the “lens” through which we interpret the world.

In this opening session, we explore how identity, home, and lived experience influence how we communicate and connect; in life, work, and community. Using Learning Experience Design through simple reflective practices, light movement, visual mapping, and guided storytelling, you will begin to identify the elements that shape your cultural lens.
