BREAK OUT OF DRY JANUARY - An evening for those curious to experience wine and food in a new way: Four natural wines – each accompanied by a dish crafted to match its character.

Our food & wine experience turns the rhythm of the culinary world upside down: we pair food to the wines.

Each evening begins with a hand-picked selection of four natural wines – imported directly from Italy by us. Only then does the menu take shape: created by Tom, a chef with decades of experience in Italian cuisine and co-author of several cookbooks. He develops each course specifically around the unique character of the wines. The result: a dining experience that flows with the rhythm and soul of the wines themselves – unfolding in perfect harmony or gentle contrast between the plate and the glass.

All dishes are prepared using organic ingredients – some grown in Tom's own Berlin garden – and may be vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous. Please check the event title for menu details.

The wines we serve are all natural – low-intervention and full of life. They're made by small artisan winemakers in Italy, many of whom have become dear friends over the years. Their wines express not only the terroir, but also the personal vision and passion behind each bottle. These are soulful and precise wines – made with deep knowledge, respect for the land, and love for the craft.

The dinner takes place in our charming Indivinoum Tasting Room near S-Bahn Wedding. Details will be shared via email after booking.
