7:30 PM - Meet directly at Castle Room Irish Pub (booking under Maddy)

8:45 PM - Start the various contests

9:30 PM - Wrap up the contests

10:30 PM: We start winding down and look at continuing the festivities at another place and for those that are keen possibly explore the Berlin night life scene later at night.
