Weekly Aerial Hoop classes. Open to every level, from new beginner to experienced. We work on strength, technique and playful moves.
Weekly Aerial Hoop classes. Open to every level, from new beginner to experienced aerialists. Duration is 2 hours. We work on strengthening body and consciuosly learning moves that combine technique, coordination and creativity. Throughout the classes we build sequences adapted to every level.
Bring sport clothes, preferably leggings and long top (protecting belly and back).
