We attract an eclectic mix of play-curious professionals, researchers, game designer, internal trainers, educators, and facilitators from many countries. Because everyone co-creates the program, titles and backgrounds matter far less than energy and curiosity. English is our working language.

Will there be evening events organised?

There is no official program afterwards, leaving you free to keep playing, explore Berlin, or simply relax with new friends.

Are meals included?

Yes. A croissant and a standing lunch are part of your ticket. Please indicate dietary needs during registration or contact us in advance so we can accommodate you.

What about my data?

All information you enter on Eventbrite is stored on Eventbrite’s servers and downloaded by us to administer your participation. Eventbrite complies with GDPR and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and you can request access/update/delete your data at any time.

Unfortunately no, the 2026 venue does not offers wheelchair-accessible spaces and facilities.

No, participation is always your choice! You have the “right to pass” on any activity. We design everything to be welcoming, with no pressure if you want to observe or take a break.

Can I propose my own activity or game?

Yes! After the opening, participants are invited to suggest their own warm-ups, energizers, or even more in-depth sessions. #play14 thrives on your ideas.

What if I’m new to facilitation, play, or open space events?

No experience is needed. The team and #play14 veterans will introduce you to everything, share why each game or activity works, and connect it back to real-world facilitation practice. You’ll always know the “why” as well as the “how.”
