Richard Illig
Hi, I am Richard. A 35-years old Berlin product manager and founder of product peers. Working as Head of Product for large-scale b2c and high-class b2b companies. When talking to other product managers I saw so much frustration with their jobs. What surprised me were the acute issues to represent product. Most lack demonstrating their own value. They fail to show off their work and results. Several feel a lack of autonomy which reduces their freedom to work - me included. I did not find hands on solutions in meetups, SCRUM trainings or regular mentorships and coaches were too expensive. So I came up with Product Peers as a community of likeminded people constantly working together to turn into successful product leaders. Best regards Richard
