I am also the host of the Hero of Circumstance podcast, about turning the unfortunate into a growth opportunity. I interview guests who have been through interesting professional circumstances such as a layoff, being fired, or founding companies and have supportive and uplifting perspectives to share for those who are going through difficult circumstances.

I have led teams in the Video Games Industry for over 25 years, I am intimately familiar with high-pressure environments and career transitions. I transitioned to being a Life Coach to help others to be more successful just like the video game teams and games I've steered to success.

As an Executive Producer, I've worked with awesome teams motivating, partnering, steering, and supporting them to unleash their power to create and publish awesome video games! Teams such as 2K, Activision-Blizzard, Capcom, Wargaming, Visual Concepts, Cloud Chamber, THQ, Toys for Bob, Vicarious Visions, Splash Damage, Beenox, and HB Studios among others.
