I’m a certified step aerobics instructor and passionate community motivator. My fitness journey began in 2020 after the sudden loss of my son’s father to heart failure. Determined to take charge of my health and set an example for my son, I started stepping in my living room with a $20 board and a stack of DVDs. What started as a personal mission to get healthy became a calling to help others do the same. I didn’t set out to be an instructor—but when the opportunity came, I embraced it. From my first garage class to now, I’ve been stepping forward ever since.
My mission is to inspire people to show up for themselves—one step at a time. I believe fitness should be accessible, fun, and empowering, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, I want you to leave feeling stronger, supported, and proud of what you just did. My goal isn’t just to teach step—it’s to create a space where people can heal, grow, and thrive.
