At Holistic Birth Worcestershire Community Interest Company , our mission is to ensure that every expectant and new parent across Worcestershire has access to the support, education and community they deserve—regardless of income or background.

We offer a range of free or low-cost antenatal and postnatal services, including:

Antenatal education to help parents feel informed and empowered

Postnatal and breastfeeding support during the critical first year after birth

A sling library for safe, supported babywearing

Antenatal Yoga

Mum and baby Yoga

Coffee mornings to build connections and reduce isolation

Nurture circles 5-week course to support the early weeks of motherhood.

By creating inclusive, supportive spaces, we aim to reduce anxiety, promote well being and strengthen families and communities throughout the region.
