I’m Violet James, a 200hr Yoga Teacher, Coach, Personal Trainer & Trauma-informed Somatic breathwork facilitator dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and lighter. Through guided breathwork, I help you reconnect with your body and nervous system, allowing stress and old patterns to gently release. My sessions are all about helping you come back to yourself, to find ease, clarity, and the relief of a deep, freeing exhale. Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking for a deeper connection with your body, I’m here to support you on that journey with compassion and presence.
