Yoga with live R&B DJ set

Yin & Restorative Special - 5 December

Join Stephanie (Yoga RYT 200) and DJ Oris (Blood a Run) for a special yoga class featuring the best of both worlds: a soft and smooth yoga class combined with a live dj set with carefully selected R&B music.

Stephanie will guide you through a yoga practice suitable for any levels, combining deep stretches and strengthening poses with soft and playful flow elements matching the live dj set by DJ Oris. We want to create a space where you can practice yoga to your favorite music. For some extra bliss the class will end with some restorative poses and hands-on Reiki.

The class is suitable for all levels, no experience needed
Held in Swiss-German and/or English
Mats, props, etc provided
