By the end of the session, you will have patterned, cut and sewn your own face mask with the tools available at MotionLab.Berlin.
This workshop does not require you to have any previous knowledge or skills in textiles or design.
Learning outcome
During the workshop you will learn how to:
- Use an industrial sewing machine and a steamer
- Learn the process of heat transferring with a press
By the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to present a project of your own to the instructor, and review the plan you have for using the machines at the textile lab.
Completing this workshop will grant you the access to use the Textile Lab at MotionLab.Berlin, as well as prepare you to use almost any sewing machine.
