Description of the event:
As a freelancer, managing your cash-flows is essential: the cash reserves are low, the activity is generally quite unpredictable, so you should be ready to face a range of issues which could jeopardize your activity.
How to follow-up on cash-flows on a daily basis? How to analyse the cash-flows to understand the risks and KPIs of your activity? How to mitigate the most frequent threats related to payment delay, sales growth, etc. ?
In this workshop, we will answer these questions (among others) and give an overview of how and why a freelancer can best manage its cash-flows.
At the end of the 1,5 hour workshop, you will have a clear understanding of how the cash-flows work and how they are linked to your daily activity, and you will be able to analyze and control them in order to ensure the sustainability of your activity.
Please note the event will be in english.
