Women's Hub Day Zurich January 31st 2026
Overview
Women's Hub Day Zurich | Share your vision - Live your Dream
The Women's Hub Day is designed to foster personal connections amongst the participating women so that you move beyond small talk right away, and foster meaningful engagements that will last long after the Day itself.
During the day, three incredible women will share their personal journeys, deepest visions and dreams on stage - not the Instagram-version of their story, the real story - right when they are in the middle of it.
You will also participate in an Inspiration Workshop and there will be several group activities that will allow you to connect with the other women way beyond regular networking. And of course, there will be informal encounters throughout the day during the breaks or in the evening with a glass of wine.
Expect to leave the Women's Hub Day Zurich filled with inspiration and a bunch of women you can reach out to for personal quests or professional opportunities the rest of your life!
Highlights of this Women's Hub Day
Women on Stage
We are very honored that the following ladies will share their stories with you on January 31st!
Puck Landewé | From Grey to Apple Green – Reclaiming a creative life
As a girl, Puck spoke in color. Through clothes, through style, through projects. Creativity was her native language.
After studying fashion, she entered the corporate world. And slowly, the color faded out. Neutral, and blending in felt safer. Standing out felt risky.
Until one day, she realized she had become grey. Her work, her wardrobe, her style.
With the support of her husband who reminded her who she had always been, she began to find her way back to her creative and colorful self. First in small choices, then in braver ones.
In October 2025, she co-founded Silkhaus with her husband and brother-in-law. Today, she designs long-lasting artificial flower bouquets as a sustainable alternative to the toxic, disposable flowers we’ve grown used to. It’s work that demands what she once silenced: creative instinct, taste and courage.
In this talk, Puck shares how she stopped choosing grey, and found her way back to a colorful life. Not just in her wardrobe or home, but in her work and identity.
A story about what happens when you stop disappearing… and start showing up in full color.
Rocia Stamm | Warrior Blood, Soft Heart – Healing a female lineage marked by survival, silence and strength
At six years old, Rocio left the Dominican Republic for the mountains of Switzerland, stepping into a world shaped by discipline and rigour. She followed the expected path, built a career in finance and lived from strength and independence.
Then pregnancy broke that version of her open.
Giving birth exposed old wounds in her female lineage and forced her to question every rule she had absorbed. Instead of pushing through life, she began learning to listen. Instead of carrying everything alone, she started healing the warrior-mindset inherited across generations.
Rocio shares the moments that changed her: the breaking, the exhaustion of women who sacrificed themselves, the blurred boundaries passed from mother to daughter, the unspoken expectations that shaped her identity, the ancestral memories resurfacing, the discovery of shamanic and ancestral practices, and the slow shift toward a softer, freer way of being.
Today she teaches women, mothers and daughters to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and dreams of creating a space where children and elders learn from one another without hierarchy - where wisdom flows freely both ways.
Andrea Born-Cristancho | The Greener Meal Movement: How Nourishing Ourselves Can Change the World
Andrea built what looked like a perfect life in Switzerland: a successful business, two kids, and a beautiful home office she later called her golden cage. But inside, she was shrinking.
Everything shifted when a father figure looked straight at her and said: “Why are you playing so small?”
She went back to university while running her business and discovered her passion for regenerative food systems. When she later tried to fit into the Swiss job market, rejection after rejection followed until one teacher said the sentence that changed everything: “You are not made to fit in. You are here to lead.” And that is what she is doing now.
Andrea shares how rebuilding her relationship with food became the foundation for The Greener Meal Movement. Her work translates planetary health science into everyday action, from choosing seasonal vegetables to explaining to children why what’s on our plate matters.
Join us for a raw personal journey that ends in a bold new vision for food and the future.
INSPIRATIONAL WORKSHOP: FAIL WITH JOY with NINA WÄGLI
What happens when we stop trying to get it right, and simply show up as we are?
In this playful improv workshop with Nina Wägli, you’ll explore the freedom of saying “yes” to the moment. Through simple theater games and movement exercises, we’ll practice what it means to be spontaneous, to stumble with humor, and to connect without knowing what comes next.
Nina brings her signature mix of wit and warmth as a professional clown, performer, and comedian. After more than a decade bringing laughter to children in hospitals as Dr. PönK, she knows that play and presence can open even the heaviest spaces.
No acting experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to join in. Expect laughter, lightness, and a touch of courage as you rediscover how creative and connected life can feel when it’s beautifully unrehearsed.
ABOUT NINA
Nina Wägli was born in Bern and spent parts of her childhood across the ocean in Palo Alto and Ann Arbor. After taking to the skies as Swissair flight attendant, she landed back on solid ground in 2001—only to soon lift off again into the world of theater. Trained at the Comart School of Physical Theatre in Zurich, she later studieied social work at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences in Arts.
For more than a decade, Nina has performed as Dr. PönK for the Théodora Foundation, visiting hospitals across Switzerland to bring laughter and lightness to children in challenging times. Alongside her work as a hospital clown, she’s an accomplished comedian who both shines and stumbles with humor and grace - finalist at the Olten Cabaret Casting in 2020, debuting her solo show verhedderet in 2021, and currently touring with her second program over & out as well as the family theater piece Mia & de lang Willi.
Nina lives in Bern with her family and continues to explore how play, presence, and laughter connect people across boundaries.
