Beschreibung

Women in the tech sector are quite underrepresented and that is not merely a statement. Transparency, diverse views, and different thoughts are all important for technology to have a positive impact on society. Therefore, the key to achieving more representation for women in this sector requires showcasing the potential of women leading the charge to create innovative solutions in the technology sector and thereby attracting more women to this sector.


Join our very first Disrupt meetup for women in tech community in Berlin. It aims at bringing together tech enthusiastic enterprises and people that want to know how women are revolutionizing the tech sector.

SPEAKERS

(1) Diana Rees, Co-Founder and CEO, zkSystems Blockchain Protocol

Diana Rees is cofounder and CEO at zkSystems Blockchain Protocol. She is a serial entrepreneur with exit experience and is passionate about bringing forward adoption of blockchain and decentralized technology. After exiting from her last startup, she managed a software development agency.


(2) Carolina Harth, PR Consultant

Dr. Caroline Harth is a business storyteller. After studying law, she earned her doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History. Her PR career began with her position as Business and Communications Executive in an international law firm. She trained as a video producer at a London-based video production company and headed the Berlin office. She discovered her passion for technology issues in the marketing team of an international full agile tech company, where she was responsible for PR. Since 2010 she has been developing PR strategies for small and medium-sized companies, non-profit organisations, foundations and start-ups. Her consulting focuses on brand consulting, diversity, social corporate responsibility, new work, digital change and digital education.
