Jochen Weiss, Director Regulatory and Accounting Solutions at CrossLend

Jochen has 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. In his last role, he was Senior Advisor Client Regulation and Accounting for institutional clients at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale. His core expertise includes risk management, banking and insurance regulation, as well as accounting under international and local GAAP. At CrossLend, Jochen focuses primarily on capital market transactions for banks, insurance companies, and pension funds, leading his team in providing regulatory and accounting solutions.

Antonine Sanchez, Head of Legal at CrossLend

Antonine is leading the legal team at CrossLend, specialising in securitisation and capital market transactions. Before joining CrossLend, she developed her expertise at Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg, focusing on corporate and structured finance. While there, she also gained a deep understanding of securitisation transactions. Following her time in Luxembourg, she joined Aroundtown, the largest German publicly listed commercial real estate company, where she focused on the company’s capital market activities. Antonine has passed the bar both in New York and in Paris. Since joining CrossLend, she has worked on numerous securitisation transactions across a wide range of jurisdictions and assets, taking the lead on the structuring and execution of deals with some of Europe's largest lenders.

Holger von Keutz, Partner, Securitisation Leader at PwC

Throughout his career, he has specialised in securitisation structures, investment funds and the audit of banks. Holger currently holds the position of Securitisation Leader at PwC Luxembourg, where he is responsible for coordinating PwC Luxembourg’s Securitisation Services. With close to 25 years of audit experience, he also lectures at Trier University of Applied Science within the faculty of Economics. Additionally, Holger has been a Member of the Executive Board and the Treasurer of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) since March 2019. With his deep knowledge of securitisation frameworks, Holger will share his insights into the recent proposals laid out in the recent CMU action plan.

Paul Péporté, Partner at Allen & Overy

Based in Luxembourg, Paul specialises in securities law and capital markets regulation. He advises clients on the full spectrum of debt and equity transactions and also covers capital market regulatory aspects, such as derivatives regulation. He also advises Luxembourg insurers and intermediaries on insurance regulatory matters. Paul regularly holds conferences on various capital market and regulatory topics, both in Luxembourg and abroad. A member of the Securities Committee, the ABBL, and the ACA, he also advises clients on a variety of capital markets matters, with a particular focus on securitisation and notes issues. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Paul worked in the credit and rate markets department at JP Morgan in London.
