Transformation Board - Foundation Training (English)

This course introduces you to the core aspects of the Transformation Board and the methods for its application.

We will show you how you can use the tool to secure, accelerate and successfully bring your transformation project 'to the finish line'. And how a holistic view of your project will help you save time and money.

The training will provide answers to the following questions:

• Why do transformation projects really fail?
• Why are some companies successful - and others not?
• How can a successful approach be designed by taking a holistic view?

What you will learn:

By the end of the Foundation Training, you will understand the structure of the Transformation Board and the relationships between its components. You will see how easy it is to use - and how powerful it can be when it comes to improving the direction and alignment of the organization.

The Coach:

Marc Strüßmann is one of the founders of Trexcelerator and creator of the Transformation Board.

He is an expert in the stabilization and recovery of projects in distress. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of a Munich-based Management Consultancy, he has supported well-known companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland over the past 15 years in successfully implementing strategically important and operationally challenging projects under difficult conditions.

Marc studied business administration in Germany and the USA and has been working internationally as a management consultant, executive and entrepreneur for the past 20 years.

After working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Telefónica Deutschland, he co-founded together with Michael Henze their own consulting boutique in Munich in 2008 . Since then, he has been serving clients in the telecommunications, IT and media industries as well as in the financial sector as Managing Partner and Managing Director.
