* We are inviting all baking professionals, cake lovers, coffee lovers, baristas, bakers, friends, friends of friends and family members to join Berlin's first Cheesecake Bake Off AKA The Great Berlin Bake Off. If you think you have what it takes to be crowned Berlin's best Cheesecake then this competition is for you. There will be space for 12 participants who will be asked to bring their Cheesecake masterpiece to 19grams Alex to face judgement by some of Berlin's top bakers. It will be a blind tasting with only one winner who will take home the glory and the hashtag #Berlinsbestcheesecake

* Rules and regulations:

* Each competitor is required to bake 1 whole New York style Vanilla cheesecake.

* All cheesecakes will be numbered on arrival at 19grams Alex and will undergo 2 rounds of intense judgement

* Round 1 sees our three professional judges scoring each cheesecake based on texture, flavour and technique.

* Round 2 will be open to the public with every spectator given one vote for the people's choice award.

* There will be no wasted cheesecake so come one, come all- (there is no need to register as a peoples choice judge)
