Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain are two technologies that continue to lead the charge for major innovations in the technological space and various industries. A confluence between AI and Blockchain has implications beyond each technology’s individual scope that may very well be able to re-calibrate existing processes and other technologies. What are the challenges of this confluence? What are the benefits of this alliance and who are the leading players in this space?

Join this Disrupt meetup of the Data Science and AI community in Frankfurt. This meetup is a part of the German Blockchain Week 2019. It aims at bringing together blockchain enthusiastic enterprises and individuals that want to get to know the technology, as well as understand how it can be used and applied.

Here is the current line-up of the upcoming speakers (will be updated over time):

(1) Miguel Vaz, Advisor, EOS Germany
Miguel works on wealth management with focus on digital innovation. He has been actively involved in the blockchain space for 3 years, the most part of which in consulting for banks, central banks and startups. He has managed several project teams, built payment infrastructure for ICOs, wrote and audited smart contracts and helped institutional clients build their PoCs and pilots. He has a PhD in robotics and artificial intelligence and a broad experience in data driven products within the financial sector. Miguel loves to network and to connect the dots…


(2) Claudio Ceccotti, Senior AI Consultant, Sopra Steria Consulting AI Lab
Claudio Ceccotti is member of the AI Lab at Sopra Steria Consulting. Together with customers, he identifies AI-based applications and assists in the development up to the productive prototype stage.
