Katarin Wagner - Head of Corporate Sustainability, HSBC

Katarin Wagner is responsible for Corporate Sustainability at HSBC Germany. Prior to that, Mrs. Wagner has worked for the evangelical church on the integration of sustainability criteria in capital investments. Since 2001, Mrs. Wagner has gained expertise across several areas and sectors within HSBC. Currently, Mrs. Wagner is complementing her degree in business through an MBA in Sustainability Management at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg.

Christian Rube, Head of Credit Markets & Financial Governance

Christian Rube has over 15 years experience in Treasury & Finance, he manages the long term financing and is responsible for the credit story of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH. He is the relationship manager for Haniel’s financing partners and rating agencies.

With the review of the Haniel Purpose in 2019, he has made his contribution to shaping the image of a “Future Worth Living” for Haniel and today analyses the Holding's investments for their contribution to the Future Worth Living so that they become “enkelfähig investments”. With the measurement of the Holding's carbon footprint, he has also set the starting signal for the ambitious Holding's climate journey.

Claudia Beck, Sustainability Expert, ING

Claudia Beck is a sustainability expert at ING in Frankfurt. She drives sustainability at ING by participating in the development and implementation of the local sustainability strategy. Since she is passionate about sustainability, she has expanded her knowledge in the fields of sustainability and business psychology through her part-time studies at CBS International Business School in Mainz.

Marilen Dürr, Head of Sustainability, BLKB

As Head of Sustainability at BLKB, Marilen manages all sustainability activities on an overall bank level. Additionally, she is an external lecturer in the CAS Digital Finance at HWZ, in the MSc International Management at FHNW and the CAS Sustainable Agriculture and Nutrition at University of Bern. Furthermore, she is the Co-Founder and Co-President of the women's network womenmatters.

Tobias Martetschlaeger, Founder & CEO, Global Changer

Tobias is a tech entrepreneur with a focus to help companies reach their climate goals. With an NGO and a for-profit company, Global Changer combines the best of both worlds and digitizes the process from carbon accounting to CO2 reduction. In his past, he has been building successful tech ventures before and holds a Master degrees in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Lund University.
