A sunset yoga flow with seriously beautiful views of the Rummelsburger Bucht on a deck of "Paula".
Open to all levels. Sea sickness free ✅
We practice Stråla yoga, which reminds of vinyasa flow with a ninja movement philosophy behind it. It is a smooth flow where movements build on each other in harmony with the breath. 🧘♀️🧘♂️
Please bring your own mat and some layers in case there is a bit of a wind. We are at sea after all ⛵️
In case of a storm the session will take place in a spacious cabin with a glass roof and illuminator windows ♕
There is a changing room and bathrooms on site.
