MICE INDUSTRIAL AND TRADE SUMMIT
The upcoming MICE INDUSTRIAL AND TRADE SUMMIT (MIATS) is dedicated to Raise African Private-Public sector comprehensive MICE tourism. Taking place at the Cologne Maritim Hotel , Germany on 28th to 30th November, 2021 the Summit’s insightful programme focuses on innovative approaches to leveraging business and policy-critical opportunities available to Africa’s business and MICE tourism stakeholders.
The organizers and the host institution, Women in MICE, MICE Africa and MICE Ghana, are pleased to announce the confirmation of other speakers at the business summit, who are a mix of academic and industry experts to share practical insights, experiences and knowledge. They include Ala Uddina CEO of Alauddin Clothing Bangladesh, Gebert Janssen Managing Director of Party and Event Architect Netherlands, Dr. Victor Okhai Directors Guild of Nigeria and Dr. Marilyn Morris founder and program manager Ontario College for development training Canada.
The theme of the summit is: “Business Challenges and Opportunities for Women in Mice, Tourism and Trade Integration in Africa's Development".
The sessions will focus on global industry best practices, progressive policy-making, industry trends and innovation. These will be preceded by Masterclass on Sustainable business, MICE Tourism Product Development - Leisure and Business Tourism/Events on 28 November, led by Dr .Kwasi Jona Institute of Domestic Democracy Ghana.
Attendees including policy-makers, business leaders and entrepreneurs will gain from this through learning, networking and creating new business linkages.
