Dear international students,

DEGIS Tuebingen would like to invite you to join us for a day trip to Stuttgart and Porsche Museum. It will be a great opportunity to explore Stuttgart (the capital city of the state of Baden-Württemberg) with your fellow international friends.

At the Porsche Museum, you can immerse yourself in the exciting world of the sports car manufacturer. There are nearly 100 cars and more than 200 small exhibits waiting to be discovered by you.

Time: Sunday, 22.05.2022 at 11 AM

Meet up location: Tuebingen Central Station (HBF)

Maximum: 25 people - Open 5 places for the waiting list

Agenda

We will travel to Stuttgart and explore the city first

4 PM: our guided tour starts at the Porsche Museum, and it takes around 1 hour

Expected price per person:

4 Euro - VVS Group Ticket of 5 people (only for students/people who already had a Naldo Semester Ticket). Otherwise, you will have to buy a DB ticket/state ticket.

8 Euro - Guided Tour at the Porsche Museum. (can be cheaper if there are max 25 people attend our trip)

We can also have dinner in Stuttgart if you wish. Probably at a traditional German restaurant.

We have already booked a professional guide tour in English at the Porsche museum. Considering we are travelling in a group, we only have to pay a decent amount.

How to register?

1. Register on Eventbrite & Pay the deposit (2 steps)

You can register directly via the Eventbrite platform, and we will send you an email with further details. We kindly ask you to transfer us a deposit of the museum ticket price (8 Euro via Paypal) to secure your place.

Please add your name in the paypal message or take a screenshot and send it to us via instagram/email (Tuebingen@degis.info)

As we experienced some people registering at our events and did not show up, please check your schedule carefully before registration.

2. Join our WhatsApp group:

After you register and pay the deposit, you can join our WhatsApp group. We can discuss the event further there. We want to know if you’d like to have dinner in Stuttgart or not so we can plan the event better.

Who will host the event?

Our German member, Jan (VP Events/Projects) is a Master's student in International Business at the University of Tuebingen. He is happy to answer questions you have about German culture.

Our other active members will also join the event: Ngan, Amy, Hadil, Cristina…

And some other international students at the University of Tuebingen.

This is an exclusive event that we organize for you to experience German culture at its best.
