WHAT TO EXPECT
This time the focus is on (remote) collaboration of international teams.
Julia König (HR Tech Professional and People Partner Tesorio) gives us valuable insights on how to manage a fully distributed startup, how to deal with cultural differences and how to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
After the talk, there will be time for networking with the community. Besides networking, you can talk to our very own ZOLLHOF experts about your idea (no slides needed) during the Idea Check Sessions.

The Inspirational Talk will be in English.
However, networking and idea checks can take place in English or German – whatever language you prefer.
