The SIETAR Deutschland's virtual BarCamp will take place on 4th and 5th February 2022.With this BarCamp, we would like to give impulses to topics and trends that are currently moving the world and each and every one of us.

The central theme of the event is

Verantwortung - Responsibility - Responsabilidad - Ответственность - مسئولیت.

In particular, it is about SELF-GROUP-GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITY with comparative, intercultural and transcultural considerations.

The climate crisis urgently requires new ways, Corona is putting us to the test worldwide, living together across different generations is becoming more and more challenging, solutions for the care of seniors are needed, education should be accessible to everyone and at the same time everyone is the architect of his or her own fortune and must take care of themselves in the complex world.

To what extent do we take responsibility for ourselves, others and the world?

Who has what responsibility for whom and where, and what answers do different cultures give to these issues of our time?

Our BarCamp 2022

• Is an extremely flexible and adaptable conference format
• Gives space for up-to-the-minute impulses and original new developments, always based on our constituent SIETAR pillars: Interculturality - Education - Training - Research/Science and Development.
• Offers creative and interdisciplinary exchange with the SIETAR community and beyond in the form of "Thinking Out of the Box".
• Enables diverse lateral thinkers, like-minded people and colleagues to network, to develop new ideas together and to enter into beneficial cooperations.
• Lives from interesting contributions and recreational breaks with e.g. live music and meditation
• Includes a fantastic evening event for informal exchange and networking
• Provides documentation of results and the possibility to form working groups even beyond the BarCamp
