Sharpen Your Coaching Skills - Coaching Practicum

In this Coaching Practicum*, you will work on taking your coaching to the next level of mastery.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Asking powerful questions, direct communication and active listening are important components of the process.

We will work on these skills – adding new challenges – so that we can train our coaching muscles.

This is a special practicum where you will practice coaching and receive feedback right on the spot by a peer coach and continue your coaching with the new direction.

You will be working in trios in the following roles: Coach, Client and Coach of the coach and will have a 360 - degrees learning experience.

We will meet online via Zoom and use its special capabilities to work in small and big groups simultaneously.

*Coaching practicum is a workshop where you learn and practice coaching in a friendly, open and trustable environment with the support of experienced coaches. It is the space where you get introduced to different coaching tools, techniques, and coaching competencies to enrich your coaching toolbox and gain more confidence when working with others. Whether with your coaching clients, or colleagues at work, your team members or friends, using different coaching techniques will increase the effectiveness and impact of your coaching, leadership, and communication.
