Sewing Class: Zipper Trousers

YOU WILL LEARN

• how to understand and work with commercial patterns;
• how to adjust a pattern to obtain your desired style;
• how to plan and cut your fabric pieces for a well-fitting product;
• how to easily set in a professional-looking zipper;
• how to sew a waistline finishing;
• how to easily finish clothes’ bottom (also known as hem);
• many other things you will understand in the process.

YOU WILL TAKE HOME

• a pair of pants in one of the 4 styles, created with your chosen fabric (provided by us);
• a paper pattern customized to your measurements;
• a PDF with sewing instructions to help you easily recreate the pants at home with different design variations;
• notions about fabric cutting, sewing, and manipulation that prepare you for more advanced projects;
• techniques that you can apply also on tops, skirts, jackets, and other types of clothing;
• a professional picture with you wearing your project

All the sustainable fabrics & trims needed, tools, and snacks are included.

The class consists of 1 session of 9 hours with a 30 minutes break.
