Keynote des Service Experience Camp

- participants listening to one of the keynotes -

The ‘Service Experience Camp’ is a hybrid of conference and bar camp that provides curated top-notch keynotes and interactive workshops as well as open slots for spontaneous formats. It takes place from Sept 13-14 at the event space Kalkscheune in Berlin.
The focus of the hybrid event are service experiences of all kinds: physical and digital, from different industries and sectors, small and large-scale.

• experience services yourself at the event
• hear inspiring keynotes from industry experts
• join interactive workshops
• facilitate your own barcamp session
• mingle with an international service experience crowd

The service experience camp brings together 250 people from diverse backgrounds to combine the know-how that is important to create better service experiences:
• entrepreneurs
• service designers
• researchers
• public sector experts
Combining the expertise of various sectors helps to create meaningful services and build fruitful collaborations.

Barcamp sessions can be offered by all participants of the Service Experience Camp.

Adam St John - co-founder of the Global Service Jam and WorkPlayExperience (Germany)
"The Service Experience Camp gave us a shared experience with great keynotes to start us talking, but also let us set our own agenda in the barcamp sessions. And of course the organisation was professional, warm, and classy. What a fantastic event!"

Petra Meyer - Human Resources, SAP AG
"I wish that more people from large companies would use this opportunity to get inspiration to re-think what they are doing – it will bring real value to all those buzz words out there: innovation, customer centricity, simplicity."

Masanao Takeyama - Professor at Keio University (Japan) and Business Designer at Actant, Inc.
"The format of bar camp sessions made me feel being a part of organizing the event in real time. Also I liked the lunch setting as I could experience the new food service which was actually presented as keynote. The camp was the most co-creative and playful service design event which I ever have attended."

You can find more information about the event on the official webseite of the Service Experience Camp or have a look at the photos of last year's event.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will not be refunded after purchase.
