Christian Zimmermann, co-founder from Laøri, will join us as an expert to share his experiences and learnings in the beverage industry with you. He has worked as a product developer in the beverage sector for 5 years after his Master in Food and Beverage Innovation in Zurich. At Laøri he is responsible for product development, production, operations processes and B2B sales.

Laøri aims to turn non-alcoholic drinks into delicious adult beverages without giving you a hangover the next day. With Laøri, they create an equivalent taste experience to alcoholic drinks that are simply delicious. They develop their products themselves and together with their customers. This is how they ensure their high standards of enjoyment, quality and naturalness for themselves and their community.
