Join me for an introduction into the Biohacker perspective on breathwork, and how you can use it to reduce stress by hacking your state of mind. The workshop is perfect if you want to reduce your stress levels and find a better work life balance.
The tools you will be introduced to are designed to be integrated into daily life. They can help you to feel more calm, sleep better, feel more focused, and more. These are strategic interventions which don't have to take more than 5-10 minutes to have the desired impact.

Part 1 - Theory:
- The physiology of breathing
- The nervous system and how it connects to breath
- How to create your nervous system map
Part 2 - Practical:
- 5 breathing techniques you can apply in daily life
- How to best apply these breathing techniques to reduce stress and find balance
Victoria, who will be guiding you, is a certified coach with in depth understanding of the physiological, as well as psychological impact of breath.
She has curated this workshop to allow you to understand the biology behind the breathwork techniques shown, as well as to give guidance on when to apply each technique.
